If it's a medical claim, we generally only need to know what's happening, a referral letter, date of your appointment and an estimate of the costs. Sometimes we need to get other information through once the insurers checked everything. But a referral letter, date and estimate of costs is usually all we need to get the process started.
You can either send everything through on email, or claim through your insurers online portal. Either way, just let us know so we can keep things moving easily.
If you’re unsure whether something is covered, just call – we’ll give you an indication straight away and try to claim anyway.
