The Set-up Process

Book in our first appointment
Usually a 2 minute phone call to find a time and explain the process we will go through.

Meet and explore Products
This meeting will last about 45 minutes, and by the end all our clients know what types of insurance they want, and what the next steps will be.

Producing Advice
We believe in research, we'll put together an advice document specifically tailored to the conversation we had in our first meeting and the insurance you've specifically asked for.

Deciding and placing an application
We'll then meet to review the information, and work together on the quote software. Once you're happy with the policy and price, we'll place an application for the cover.

Implementation
We focus on transparency during the finalisation of your policy. The most important priority is that you understand the cover we're finalising.

Annual Reviews
We touch base each year, about the time your policy renews to make sure it's still fit for purpose.

Claim Time
When it comes to claim time, you call us and we come to you. All you need to do is have a chat on the phone, and we’ll take you through the rest.
